- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on European and high-performance vehicles.
- Conduct performance upgrades, including ECU tuning, exhaust system installations, and suspension modifications.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and Delta Performance’s high standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and recommendations.
- ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in servicing European brands like BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, etc.
- Strong understanding of high-performance vehicle systems.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier results.
- Design and fabricate custom components such as exhaust systems, roll cages, and aerodynamic upgrades.
- Collaborate with technicians and customers to bring unique visions to life.
- Ensure all fabricated parts meet safety and performance standards.
- Experience in metalworking, welding, and custom fabrication.
- Knowledge of performance vehicles and their requirements.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio of previous fabrication work is a plus.
- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repairs.
- Learn diagnostic techniques, performance upgrades, and European vehicle systems.
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
- Enthusiasm for cars and a willingness to learn.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or relevant coursework/training.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow within the industry.
